Formcase products are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship as long as our products have been installed by a Formcase Authorized Agent and normally used with proper care for 5 years of single shift service from the date the products are shipped or delivered.


This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser acquiring the product directly from Formcase's authorized dealers with the condition that the products have been installed, used, and maintained according to Formcase instructions and must not have been subjected to misuse or modification, improper assembly, alteration or negligent use by purchasers.

Wood furniture is made of materials with natural characteristics and therefore the following conditions are not within the control of Formcase nor considered to be a defect under this warranty:
Variations in the wood grain texture, pattern, and/or finish color.
Change of the wood finish color due to aging or excessive exposure to light.

Merchandise will not be replaced because of these natural variations.

For products that are made of upholstery fabrics and leather, the manufacturers do not guarantee for wear & tear, color fade, shrinkage, marks, scars, wrinkles on the leather; these conditions are not considered to be defect under this warranty.

Length of Warranty limitation:
All door hinges: Lifetime
Locking mechanism and glides: 2 years
Decorative trim, casters, and seat control mechanisms: 2 years
Electronic components and accessories: 2 years
All components not listed above: 5 years

If a product, part, or component, is found to be defective of material or workmanship during the warranty period, Formcase will repair or replace it with a comparable product at our option.

Before any warranty work is done, it must be acknowledged and consent from Formcase must be obtained.

This warranty does not cover the following:
Damage caused by transportation company.
Defect or failure resulting from normal wear and tear.
The matching of colors, grains, or textures of the wood and other covering materials including upholstery fabrics & leather due to natural variations over which Formcase has no control.
Customer's own material ("COM").
Consumable products such as light bulbs, or certain electronic products.
Textiles or leathers against fading, cracking, wear, abrasion, shrinking, stretching, seam slippage, tearing, discoloration from liquid contact, or alteration in color due to any finish treatment such as stain repellents, flame retardants, etc.
Formcase products that have been used for rental purposes.
The cost of transportation or labor except as noted.

Formcase shall not be liable for any consequential damage, or for commercial loss, such as: loss of profit, loss of time, inconvenience, or incidental damages in connection with any transaction.

The warranty applies only to customers in the U.S and Canada and all warranty claims must be made in writing by original owner. Owner may be required to produce the invoice or other evidence to establish that claim is within the warranty period. There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, either express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty applies to products manufactured after June 01, 2005.
